How to Thicken Hair Instantly and Naturally

As we age our hair tends to thin over time. For some the change is subtle, for the rest of us it can be dramatic. The first thing to do is to schedule a doctor's visit. Thinning hair can be related to perimenopause, poor diet, stress, digestive issues, etc. Check it out. Then fight back. There is a natural simple way to thicken your hair immediately.

First add 1 or 2 tablespoons of baking soda to your regular shampoo depending on the length of your hair. I usually pour some shampoo in a cup and then add the baking soda and a little water if needed and stir. I shampoo my hair as usual, letting the concotion sit on my head for a minute, then rinse.

Next add 1 or 2 tablespoons of oat flour to your regular conditioner, again depending on the length of your hair. Let the conditioner sit as you normally do and then rinse well. I've had to get back into the shower and rinse my hair again. My hair is thicker after this treatment, it really does work!

How it works:
The baking soda works by binding to each hair strand increasing the volume. The oat flour also increases the volume. One caution: baking soda can interfere with the ingredients in some hair loss shampoos.

  1. Bubble 2 tablespoons of dark tea and 1 teaspoon of salt in water for 2 minutes and expel from fire. Give it a chance to cool and strain the fluid. Wash your hair with this fluid and let it dry, don’t flush with cleanser. Rehash it 2 to 3 times each week for Premature Gray Hair Herbal Treatment and recovery.
